-- 3 strawberries

Sunset Smoothie:

-- 6-10 orange slices
-- small scoop of pineapples
-- small scoop of mangos
-- quarter of a banana
Vibrant Smoothie:

-- pineapple
-- papaya
-- One Date
-- 3-4 diced watermelon

When making your smoothies always add water to your greens when blending and don't forget your ice and favorite pressed juice or organic if need
