We gladly accept exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Renowned Scrubs items within 5 days of delivery and notification sent of any issue back to us. Original tags must be attached for store credit and or refund. We do encourage you to create a member account.

Once we receive your returned items we will begin processing return or exchange at that time. Refunds will also be processed once returned items are received. Please return your returned items by mail within 3 days after receiving this email to get your refund/ exchange started promptly.

With any Exchange you are responsible for cost to return items back to us. At that time we will mail out the new requested order at no cost. You have 3-5 days to complete your return/exchange from time it was initiated. After 3-5 days items are non-refundable or not able to be exchanged. You have 5 days from the time you receive your package to start a return.

Once your return package arrives, it is processed within 5-7 days. While in transit, the status of the return shipment can be tracked using the order number and tracking information. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. If the card is no longer in use, please contact your bank on how to retrieve the credit.
